We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, normally we operate a 2-3 day turnaround, providing goods are in stock, however some products might take 1-2 weeks for deleivery.

Delays are occasionally inevitable and time for delivery will not be of the essence. The Company shall deliver the product within 30 days unless The Company and the customer have agreed to a longer delivery period. If The Company cannot deliver the product within 30 days or such longer delivery period as may have been agreed the company shall immediately notify the customer and agree another time for delivery. If neither the company nor the customer can agree on another time for a delivery, the customer shall receive a refund of any monies paid to The Company for the product.
You are responsible for ensuring that the dimensions of your product(s) and the delivery destination are suitable for delivery. Should it transpire that product will not fit into the delivery address and you subsequently cancel the order, a restocking and handling fee of 10% will apply provided the goods ordered are returned as new and unused condition. Where delivery has been attempted, your delivery charge will not be refunded.
We are unable to tell you, when presented with the dimensions of the delivery address, whether the product you are ordering will fit into the location.
Goods will only be delivered upon a signature.
The package(s) can only be signed for by the customer if aged 18 or over. If not aged 18 or over, an adult aged 18 or over shall sign the delivery note accepting the products.

You are solely responsible for inspecting the product(s) upon delivery. You must contact Modern Decor should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies immediately upon delivery. No claim for loss or damage can be accepted after you have signed the couriers receipt confirming the correct quantity of goods received in a satisfactory condition.
If the company over-delivers the customer shall either accept and pay for the quantity actually delivered, or accept the original order and return the excess products to the company forthwith, upon demand by the company at the expense of the company.
No liability can be accepted for delay where the fault is that of the Courier, Warranty, Damaged, Defective Or Faulty Goods
Furniture delivery services are provided by our own delivery team. Only that way we can make sure that all your purchased goods are well looked after during delivery.
Furniture delivery will take 2 to 6 weeks. Depend on the stock in our warehouse in UK. All our furniture is in stock in our warehouse in Poland. We transferring stock between or warehouses every 4 weeks based on orders.
We will contact you within 3 working days after purchase to estimate when your furniture can be delivered. We will contact you the two days before the delivery by phone to remind you we're coming. For extra convenience, our team will try to call you 1-2 hours before delivery. If for any reason we are unavoidably delayed, we will call to let you know.
If you are not going to be in for your arranged delivery, you need to call us on 0141 556 3148 to re-arrange. All delivered furniture need to be signed for by an adult, 18 years or older.
We recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until one day prior to your confirmed delivery date.
We deliver only to the first floor of any house/apartment block, except when arranged separately within the Order and confirmed in the Order Confirmation (extra charges will apply).
You must also ensure that on the day of delivery access to your preferred location of the Furniture is clear and free of any obstruction. If you or a nominated adult are not available or the access is not clear and free of any obstruction, then we will not deliver your Goods. This will result in a re-delivery of your Goods and a further delivery charge will be levied.
Our furniture is flat packed, unfortunately we don’t offer assembly services and furniture will not be unpacked at the point of delivery.
If the ordered furniture will not fit into your home we have the right to leave it outside and ask for full payment.
